Job summary

Lotus Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, recommend pest and home protection solutions, and close sales. No pest control experience is required—we provide thorough training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A motivated, coachable, results-oriented attitude.
• Interest in sales and helping customers find solutions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from customer service, retail, home improvement, automotive sales, and other customer-facing backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend solutions for pest, termite, moisture, and attic concerns.
• Present service options and close sales based on customer needs.
• Work with service technicians to identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and complete annual termite inspections.
• Track appointments, inspections, and sales in FieldRoutes.
• Attend daily sales training and team meetings.
