Lotus Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to inspect homes, present pest control solutions, and close sales in MO/AR metro areas. No pest control experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

You will work with technicians, track orders in FieldRoutes, and pursue growth with a fast-growing company. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and a motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct approximately 5–6 home inspections per day.
• Recommend pest control and home protection solutions and close sales.
• Present service options and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Maintain customer relationships and track appointments and sales in FieldRoutes.
