Job summary

Pratt Industries, a leader in sustainable and innovative corrugated packaging solutions, is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to join our team in Lewisburg, OH. This outside sales role covers the Greater Cincinnati / Tri-State market, focusing on prospecting, relationship development, and value-based selling with manufacturing, customer service, and quality teams to win and service customers.

Outside selling experience or related experience, or a college degree.
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and ability to drive.
Ability to load and unload samples from a vehicle.
College degree preferred in graphics, packaging, sales or business.
Experience in the corrugated box industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an updated list of prospects and accounts to drive growth.
Qualify accounts, conduct initial contacts and sales calls to build relationships.
Surpass sales quotas by selling and servicing customers in the territory.
Implement sales strategies, pricing, and value proposals with cross-functional teams.
Travel as needed to cover the Greater Cincinnati/Tri-State market and manage cash flow with customers.
