Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to cover the Greater Cincinnati/Tri-State market from Lewisburg, OH.

You will prospect, qualify accounts, and drive first-time and repeat business through value-based selling while collaborating with manufacturing, customer service, and quality teams. The role requires outside selling experience or a related degree, a valid driver's license, and the ability to load/unload samples.

Qualifications

• Outside selling experience or related experience or a college degree.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to drive.
• Able to load and unload samples from vehicle.
• Preferred: degree in graphics, packaging, sales or business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify accounts, conduct initial contact and sales calls to establish relationships.
• Develop and close first-time and repeat business; meet/exceed sales quotas.
• Implement sales strategies; create pricing and value proposals; manage working capital.
• Travel as necessary to cover the territory and collaborate with plant management.
