Crown is seeking an Account Representative for Outside Sales in Joliet, IL to drive lift truck sales and related Crown products. You will manage existing accounts and pursue new business while building strong relationships with customers and decision makers.

The role emphasizes developing territory plans, delivering effective product demonstrations, and maintaining thorough records of sales activity, with base pay plus commissions. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales of lift trucks and Crown Insite products within the territory.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business.
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop relationships.
• Consult and problem solve to strengthen Crown’s position in accounts.
• Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
• Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, files, and activity.
