Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an Account Representative for outside sales in Champaign, IL. You will drive sales of lift trucks and Crown Insite products, develop existing accounts, and build new business within the territory.

The role requires relationship-building skills, strategic planning, and the ability to work with a team. A valid driver’s license and occasional after-hours readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within territory.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business.
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel and build relationships.
• Consult and problem solve to strengthen Crown's position in accounts.
• Develop territory management plan to maximize customer time.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals and forecasts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer files, and sales activity in CRM.
• Participate in training programs at local and corporate facilities.
