Harris Company in Rochester, MN is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Preventive Maintenance to grow maintenance agreements through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation. You will build relationships with prospective clients and demonstrate how our HVAC and plumbing services save money over time.

You will compute total costs and expected savings, expand territory, and responsibly manage CRM-driven activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or construction management.
• 2+ years new business development and sales experience.
• 3+ years Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Make cold calls through various media to prospect clients and generate leads.
• Emphasize features based on customer needs and service capabilities.
• Compute owning and operating costs for HVAC/plumbing and estimate savings.
• Execute business development action plans and monitor activities via CRM.
• Ride with technicians to understand services and pass leads to the right team.
• Build rapport with field, office, and management staff to maximize profits.
