Job summary

Harris is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to learn and contribute to preventive maintenance sales for HVAC and plumbing services. You will work under supervision to generate leads, research prospects, and build client relationships while supporting senior consultants and the general manager.

The role emphasizes developing sales strategies, presenting proposals, and using CRM to track activities and grow the existing customer base across multiple markets in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of prior customer service experience.
• 1+ years of prospecting and appointment setting/cold calling.
• 2+ years of proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.
• 2+ Years of Microsoft Office Experience

Responsibilities
