Job summary

Harris Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Preventive Maintenance in Utah to learn and sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements. Under the supervision of Sr Solutions Consultants, you will develop skills in prospecting, cold calling, and building client relationships to expand the maintenance program.

You will work with the General Manager and Sr Solutions Consultant to update records, present proposals, and grow the customer base across multiple regional locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or technical field.
• 2+ years in customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of prospecting and appointment setting needed.
• 2+ years of proven ability to strategize, present, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads in target verticals through research and CRM.
• Make cold calls and schedule appointments with prospects.
• Present maintenance agreements and articulate savings.
• Collaborate with Operations to tailor solutions.
• Maintain records and update CRM with progress.
• Support customer care and retention initiatives.
