Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management preferred.

• 3+ years Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Sell HVAC and plumbing maintenance agreements through cold calling, prospecting, lead generation and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
• Execute business development action plans for defined vertical markets and monitor sales activities through CRM.
• Recognize project opportunities and pass leads to appropriate personnel.
• Ride along with Service Technicians to develop relationships and understand services offered.
