Job summary

Spectrum, part of Charter Communications, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow residential customer base. You will present Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, and TV solutions, conduct needs analyses, and tailor proposals to each prospective customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work non-hourly hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately (orders, reporting).
• Participate in meetings and training to drive team goals.
• Meet monthly targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors and report relevant info to your manager.
