Arteriors is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, build client relationships, and aggressively grow a personal pipeline. You will conduct on-site consultations, deliver proposals, and collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales, a proven track record of meeting goals, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (landscape, construction, or home services preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Self-starter with accountability and ownership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable generating your own business and managing a full sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of landscape design, artificial turf, or outdoor construction is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow up promptly with inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Generate your own leads through cold outreach, networking, social media, and local partnerships.
• Conduct on-site consultations and property assessments with prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and project estimates.
• Track all activity using CRM software or designated systems.
• Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to execution.
• Stay knowledgeable about our services, products, pricing, and industry trends.
