Transact Commercial Interiors Utah is seeking an Architectural Interiors Consultant with a strong sales and construction mindset to thrive in a client-facing, hybrid role. You will create exceptional commercial interiors within our Interior Architecture Division, while managing client relationships, leading meetings, and developing proposals from concept through execution.

Job description

We are seeking an Architectural Interiors Consultant with a strong sales and construction mindset who thrives in a client-facing environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings. In this hybrid role, you will create exceptional commercial interior spaces within our Interior Architecture Division, while also managing client relationships, leading meetings, and developing proposals from concept through execution.

The candidate should be proficient in Interior construction or design/architecture as this role requires knowledge of CD sets, plans, creating proposals, presenting those solutions for projects. Candidate will communicating regularly with Architects, Designers, Contractors and clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

Sales experience and strong design skills a must.

Salary with uncapped commission.

Ability to make well over $150,000

Must be self motivated

Commercial interiors/furniture Industry experience a plus
