Oberson's Nursery and Landscapes, LLC is hiring a results-driven sales professional in Columbus, OH. You will build a strong prospecting pipeline, manage multi-channel outreach, and close deals with property managers, HOAs, CRE groups, and facility managers.

Base salary plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning $80K-$120K+. A vehicle allowance is provided based on experience, plus performance bonuses. Local travel required and strong onboarding support.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or outside sales.
• Strong closer with a hunter mentality.
• Comfortable prospecting (calls, emails, in-person visits).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Landscape or service-industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new business with property managers, HOAs, commercial real estate groups, facility managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and walk properties.
• Create and present proposals for landscape maintenance, sweeping services, irrigation services, and snow services.
• Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets.
• Work closely with operations to onboard new clients.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Aspire experience is a plus).
