Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the building materials industry or construction trades.
• Knowledge of home building basics.
• Ability to create material estimates/quotes and read blueprints.
• Open new accounts on a regular basis.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local contractors, builders, and remodelers.
• Sell the full line of building materials and installed services.
• Visit job sites as needed and manage project progress and communication.
• Keep customer data up to date and track product usage and trends.
• Maintain schedules and respond to customer needs promptly.
