Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking an Outside Sales professional to build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and project teams. You will drive growth through value-driven solutions and in-field client support.

You will work with RIS Insulation Supply and participate in training sessions and vendor collaborations to present effective sales pitches, while upholding FBM's standards in safety and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or preferred.
• At least two years of previous sales experience in the building materials industry preferred.
• Fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, and related accessories background helpful.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations for new and existing customers in coordination with internal or vendor sale representatives.
• Attend and participate in required company training sessions and essential vendor trainings.
• Support Our Foundation in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Integrity.
