Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our customer base and present our workplace products to local businesses. You’ll demo products, share web tools, and help new customers get started with MasonvilleGO, collaborating with inside sales for smooth transitions.

In a fast-paced outside sales role, you’ll build relationships, manage priorities, and grow your market with energy and teamwork. W.B.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

Hit the road to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services.
Demo products and share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up via MasonvilleGO.
Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
