W.B. Mason Company Inc. is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to join our outside sales team in Waynesboro, Virginia. You’ll travel the territory, engage local businesses, demonstrate our workplace products, and help new customers get set up with MasonvilleGO.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail sales experience, strong communication, and the drive to work independently. Collaborative support from inside sales and onboarding will help you grow your market.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to grow your market.
