Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in the Winchester, VA area. You will meet local businesses, present our office products and services, and help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO.

You will demo products, discuss pricing, and work with inside sales to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account growth. This role offers pay and bonus opportunities, growth potential, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's full range of products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts and maintain ongoing support.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported while growing your market.
