Qualifications

• Evidence of entrepreneurial or leadership experience, e.g., owned a business, led a department, or managed a territory.
• Ability to cold call and build rapport with small business owners.
• Fast learner who thrives on a structured sales model.
• Willingness to participate in a formal training program.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver a concise 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close enrollments and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and rights in DC and state capitals.
