Rewards Network is seeking an outside Account Executive in the Detroit, MI area to drive growth by acquiring new restaurants and expanding our local footprint. You’ll build a robust sales pipeline, meet targets, and collaborate with account managers and revenue operations to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes field sales in the Detroit area with local residency required. Expect uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Prospector mentality with a self-motivated approach to new business development.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, acceptance, and financials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present to prospects.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office/Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers via cold calling, door-to-door sales, and outreach to meet quotas.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline with in-person meetings and sales progression.
• Build relationships with leads and customers; promote new product offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals including meetings and closes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and company goals.
• Maintain sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM (Salesforce).
