Job summary

Rewards Network is seeking an ambitious outside Account Executive to drive growth in the Salt Lake City, UT territory. You will engage restaurants, generate a strong sales pipeline, and close deals through proactive outreach.

The role requires 4+ years in outside sales, a prospector mindset, and solid communication skills. You will collaborate with account managers and revenue ops, using Salesforce for CRM, with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with high-volume sales in financial services, marketing, or related industries.
• Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to discuss fees, acceptance, and financials confidently.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with ability to present to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and outreach to meet quotas.
• Develop a robust pipeline and schedule in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Build lasting relationships with new leads and customers, promoting new product offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals through various channels.
