Job summary

Rewards Network is seeking an Account Executive (outside sales) to generate new restaurant and bar clients across a defined territory. You will canvass, set appointments, and deliver solutions-based presentations to secure new business on a month-to-month basis.

You will work in a virtual environment with uncapped commissions, monthly bonus, and a benefits package. Training through our Sales Academy and ongoing support will help you achieve success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; high school/GED with related experience acceptable.
• 2 years of sales experience required; cold-calling experience preferred.
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to grow new business in a remote outside sales environment.
• Structured territory planning and pipeline management.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, acceptance, and finances.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new restaurant/club/bar accounts within a defined territory and close deals for business solutions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects; set up in-person meetings with decision makers.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations, closed deals).
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to meet goals.
• Maintain awareness of product developments and sales initiatives.
• Retain and manage top 20% of book of business to ensure client satisfaction.
