Job summary

Rewards Network is hiring an Outside Account Executive to drive growth for local restaurants across the territory. You will source and close new business, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets.

The role offers uncapped commissions, an auto allowance, and opportunities to advance through Sales Academy, with rewards including a Presidential Club trip and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven outside sales success.
• Prospector mentality with persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees and financials with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting to prospects.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and outreach to meet quotas.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline with in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with new leads and existing customers with high engagement.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and company targets.
• Maintain comprehensive sales records and CRM activity (Salesforce).
