White Cap, a leading distributor for professional contractors, is hiring an Account Manager to drive sales and build lasting relationships with mid-size accounts on-site in Nashville. You will craft plans to grow profitability and collaborate across teams to deliver targeted pricing and service.

The role emphasizes meeting sales quotas, maintaining knowledge of White Cap products, and representing the company in vendor events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience required.
• Experience selling to professional contractors preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market research, events, and networking.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts and pricing.
• Attains assigned sales quota, part margin, and controllable expenses.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues.
• Maintains current product knowledge and applies it while servicing customers.
• Submits all required sales reports and attends company meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
