Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business sales for Spectrum Business. You will prospect, analyze client needs, and tailor communications solutions for small businesses in your territory.

You will guide leads from first contact through final sale, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from lead to close.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports.
