Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Account Executive for Spectrum Business to grow our small business client base through field-based outside sales in the assigned territory. You’ll conduct consultative needs analyses and tailor Spectrum Business solutions to client requirements, guiding prospects from first contact to final sale across data, voice, video and mobile services.

Daily driving with occasional office time is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales or telecom/tech experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses and tailor Spectrum solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video, and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and other tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products.
• Evolve customer experience through proactive communication and support.
