Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to cover a Chesapeake, VA territory in the commercial HVAC/mechanical services market. The role centers on outside sales, new business development, and service agreement sales.

You will prospect for customers, build relationships with facility decision-makers, and manage renewals to grow the sales pipeline. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 with an uncapped bonus; car allowance and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of outside sales success.
• Experience prospecting and generating new business.
• Experience using a CRM to manage prospects, customers, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Documented sales results, revenue performance, or quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and outside sales activities.
• Sell commercial HVAC and mechanical service agreements, maintenance agreements, and service contracts.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, property managers, and other commercial decision-makers.
• Manage service agreement and maintenance contract renewals.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
• Work with the Sales Manager to implement new business development and territory growth strategies.
• Maintain prospect, customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within the company CRM.
• Track sales activity, pipeline development, and sales results.
