Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in commercial service or related industries.
• Strong ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Read customer needs and translate them into practical service solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial service opportunities with property managers and owners.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline through cold calls, site visits, referrals, bid opportunities, and industry relationships.
• Promote Bay Mechanical’s commercial service offerings and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver reliable service and respond to client needs.
• Follow up on proposals and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline and revenue.
