Job summary

Lindenmeyr Munroe, a fifth‑generation, family‑owned packaging provider in the U.S., seeks an Outside Sales Representative to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.

You will prospect manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and 3PLs, conduct on-site visits, present packaging solutions, negotiate contracts, and build long‑term customer relationships while traveling across assigned territory. A hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and CRM discipline are essential.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales process workflows.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and on-site visits.
• Develop relationships with plant, warehouse, operations, supply chain, and purchasing teams.
• Present packaging solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
