Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist in Corona, CA to help grow branches by building consumer relationships and generating qualified mortgage leads. This non-licensed role collaborates with licensed Mortgage Loan Originators for guidance and referrals, and participates in the REP program.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, CRM tracking, and coordination of introductions while maintaining compliance and a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer sales, lead generation, or related field.
• Four-year college degree in business, finance or related field.
• Experience in mortgage marketing, real estate, or related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers who may have residential mortgage financing needs.
• Generate consumer mortgage leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
• Educate prospective consumers on the mortgage process at a general level and direct loan-specific questions to a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Schedule and coordinate introductions between borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to support engagement and conversion.
