Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to grow branch activity by cultivating relationships with consumers and generating residential mortgage leads.

This non-licensed role introduces prospects to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators and supports the Real Estate Partner Program (REP). Responsibilities include lead generation through outreach and referrals, educating prospects at a high level, and coordinating intro meetings with

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Mortgage marketing or real estate experience preferred.
• Understanding of non-licensed mortgage support role limits.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers seeking residential mortgage financing.
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and approved marketing efforts.
• Educate prospects at a general level and direct loan-specific questions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Coordinate introductions between borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain regular follow-up to support engagement and conversion.
• Track lead activity and pipeline status in the company CRM or approved systems.
• Support branch production goals by maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Work with licensed originators, branch leadership, and internal teams to ensure smooth handoff.
• Participate in approved marketing, outreach, and business development initiatives to raise awareness of mortgage services.
• Maintain records and comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Keep mortgage-related activities within the scope of a non-licensed role.
