This non-licensed role supports the REP program and funnels referrals to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators. You will engage prospects via outbound outreach, events, and follow-ups, maintaining a steady pipeline and coordinating introductions to loan officers.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business, finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales or business development.
• Ability to generate mortgage leads and manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with consumers who may have mortgage financing needs.
• Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Educate prospects at a general level and direct loan-specific questions to licensed originator.
• Schedule introductions between borrowers and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain follow-up to support engagement and conversion.
