True North Group in Springdale, AR is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to build relationships with local business owners and their teams. You’ll set your own schedule, visit clients in person, and use Salesforce to track activity.

You’ll educate clients on insurance options, serve as a trusted advisor through claims, and continuously grow your business by securing new referrals and meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably outside sales.
• Ability to teach others, in person and online.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to help and support clients with insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and teams to assess insurance needs.
• Present to groups of employees and conduct product demonstrations.
• Set your own schedule and visit local businesses.
• Respond to inquiries and manage client communications via phone and email.
• Generate referrals and maintain a growing client list.
