Allied Supply Company in Dayton, OH is seeking an Outside HVAC Sales Representative/Territory Manager to grow Mitsubishi Electric HVAC business across the Dayton area. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional aiming to build a technical sales career.

Prior HVAC experience is a plus. The successful candidate will visit customers, learn products, and build strong relationships while traveling the territory.

Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–3 years of sales, HVAC/R, engineering, or related experience preferred.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; outside/technical sales interest a plus.
• HVAC/R knowledge is a plus but not required; strong communication is essential.
• Must be self-motivated and able to travel across the territory.

Aufgaben

• Grow Mitsubishi HVAC sales and profitability within the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors and customers.
• Make regular customer visits and sales calls to identify new opportunities.
• Learn and present Mitsubishi products, applications, and system solutions.
• Support customers with product selection, quotes, and project needs.
• Manage customer opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers and job sites.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in CRM and company systems.
