Allied Supply Company in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH is seeking a technically minded Territory Manager to grow our air filtration business across Southwest Ohio, including Cincinnati, Dayton, and Piqua. This field-based role emphasizes new business development, account growth, and consultative solution selling.

You will spend significant time meeting customers, prospecting for new business, evaluating applications, and building relationships throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or territory management experience.
• Experience selling into industrial or HVAC-related markets preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory by developing new accounts and expanding relationships.
• Prospect and close new business through consultative selling.
• Own the territory with planned sales activities and a strong pipeline.
• Develop technical knowledge of filtration, HVAC systems, and Indoor Air Quality.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers, contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
• Travel throughout Southwest Ohio for customer visits and site evaluations.
