Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and offer solutions for homeowners in an outside sales role. You’ll leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and self-generation to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will educate customers, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with our technical team on site visits to tailor recommendations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or GED required. A Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Skills: Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a talent for closing sales.
• Communication: Educate customers and present technical concepts clearly; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commitment: Dedication to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Physical Demands: Navigate residential environments including ladders and attics/basements/crawl spaces.
• Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts; good attendance.
