Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and sell high‑efficiency HVAC and water heaters through consultative, outside sales. You will leverage internal leads and your own pipeline, visiting homes to tailor solutions and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of B2C sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, with preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Skills: Strong business development, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Communication: Clear ability to educate customers and present technical concepts.
• Commitment: Dedication to high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
