Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose homeowner comfort needs and present high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management.

You will leverage leads, company pipelines, and your own prospecting to close opportunities while collaborating with our technical team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree or sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
