Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose homeowner comfort needs and present tailored HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management, leveraging internal warm leads and self-generation techniques to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience; direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships with a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth via internal leads and personal prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Work with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home.
