2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to advise homeowners on comfort solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and your own prospecting to generate sales while collaborating with our technical team on-site for tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to educate customers.

Responsabilités

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships with customers, driving satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth via internal leads and your prospect pipeline to close sales.
