Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Rockland, MA, to build relationships and sell commercial doors and related products. You will handle every step from initial contact to closing, meeting with decision makers, and delivering tailored proposals.

The role emphasizes a consultative sales approach, technical understanding, and maintaining CRM records to drive regional growth in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired.
• Outgoing personality with a natural affinity for customers.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our doors and related products.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve problems.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities in Boston area.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage from call to close.
• Follow up quickly to close projects and participate in project management as needed.
• Maintain and update CRM daily.
