Qualifications

• Established locally in Tucson with a genuine community reputation
• Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, driven by prospecting
• Ability to win deals on value, not just price
• Strong communication, independence, motivation, collaboration and EI

Responsibilities

• Sell service agreements (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building automation) rather than one-off projects
• Spend 80-85% of time in outside sales (cold calls, emails, door-knocking)
• Build a book of business through prospecting and hunting
• Sell on value and pain points, not price
• Engage sectors like healthcare, education, data centers, manufacturing, and high-rise buildings
• Participate in industry associations and networking events
