Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Sales Professional to grow our HVAC mechanical maintenance service client base in commercial and industrial sectors.

You will build relationships, prospect new business, and develop tailored maintenance solutions within a defined territory. You will lead B2B sales cycles, conduct discovery meetings with key decision makers, and coordinate with leadership to win contracts.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B sales, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience in construction or mechanical service preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour certification (provided if needed).

• Sell services to commercial/industrial clients and position benefits to win contracts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Conduct discovery meetings with facility engineers, plant managers, and decision makers.
• Prepare and deliver tailored programs to meet customer goals.
• Qualify opportunities using company go/no-go processes with leadership.
• Perform onsite reviews of mechanical equipment for needs analysis.
• Develop preventive maintenance price estimates for client reviews.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and develop new business.
• Attend association events, trade shows, and client-related events.
• Continuously monitor target markets and stay updated on trends.
