Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a driven Associate Account Executive for their outside B2B sales training program in Columbus, OH. You will spend time in front of clients, building partnerships and pipelines to secure engagements while working in a relationship-based selling environment with Fortune 500 clients.

Upon training completion, you will apply consultative selling to deliver technology and engineering consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required across business-related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify opportunities in 3-5 designated target accounts.
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients through onsite meetings and presentations.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects.
• Act as a client advocate to improve the client experience.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for projects.
• Continuously meet and exceed target sales goals.
