Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience in electric/gas utility industry, sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or conservation.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Apply fundamental sales processes, procedures, methods and techniques.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets and manage field time with customers or Trade Allies.
• Develop and present program presentations to spur project activity.
• Recruit, train, educate and cultivate relationships with contractors and customers for program participation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project activity reports and track progress toward goals.
• Assist in the implementation of specific energy efficiency programs within defined budgets and targets.
