Franklin Energy in Greenville, NC, is seeking an Outreach Specialist to develop, coordinate, support, implement, and manage outreach for both new program start-ups and legacy programs. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outreach results.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, contractor relations, program presentations, and data-driven reporting. Travel up to 50% and a fast-paced team environment are expected to deliver energy-saving results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Technical school degree with relevant utility experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in electric or natural gas utility industry, sales, commercial/industrial lighting, or conservation.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Apply fundamental sales processes, procedures, methods and techniques.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Develop and present program presentations to spur project activity.
• Respond to inquiries to move projects toward completion and close opportunities.
• Recruit, train, educate and cultivate relationships with contractors and customers to promote programs.
