Charlie Health, Inc. is hiring an Outreach professional to connect clinical partners and help thousands access behavioral health services. You’ll build relationships with referral sources and lead go-to-market activities in the DC and Southern Maryland region.

This role requires 1–4 years of sales experience, fluent English, and the ability to travel locally 2–3 days/week. Base compensation targets $70,000–$85,000 per year plus a performance bonus, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings with referral partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel 2–3 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events.
• Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams.
