Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in Cincinnati, OH to drive go-to-market initiatives and build relationships with clinical partners. You’ll engage patients, families, and providers, and champion Charlie Health’s programs across referral channels.

You’ll travel locally 4-5 days per week for meetings, lead partner discussions, and collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to achieve GTM goals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Cincinnati, OH.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus.
• Travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners.
• Energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style.
• Strong project management skills to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
