• Bachelor-level or equivalent with 1 year in fiscal/admission/registration role.
• Alternative: 2 years college/training + 1-2 years experience in related field.
• Equivalent education/experience combinations accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments and tests using automated systems.
• Collect and record demographic, financial, and insurance information at intake for accurate billing.
• Provide front desk support: answer calls, greet patients, manage documents, and assist with records.
